Returns & Exchanges

At Poke-Hub, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Simply ensure your items still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Poke-Hub account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
